Redesigning an old hotel building into 36 new mid-term rental apartments in the center of Riga. The renovation plan included the redesign of the hotel’s infrastructure, including spatial layout, plumbing, ventilation, and electrical systems. We merged most of the small hotel rooms to create small size apartments and created bespoke furniture solutions like fully equipped kitchens, kitchenettes, workplaces, and storage space. This type of rental is aimed at young professionals, traveling executives, and others who need a temporary housing solution that feels like home.
